Peruvian cooking has come out of Fresca's kitchen on 24th Street in Noe Valley for more than 30 years, from ceviches in leche de tigre to anticuchos. Between 3pm and 5:30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (it closes Tuesdays), oysters are $2 each, salmon wan-taxos $7 each, and the ceviche clásico or mixto $17.
