Josiah Citrin's Charcoal cooks steak, seafood and vegetables over fire on Washington Boulevard in Venice. Its happy hour, called Glass Off, is at the bar only, first come first served, every night from 5:30pm to 7pm, with two oysters for $6, single grilled skewers at $5 and a petit steak frites for $14.
